Sometimes by mistake your order confirmation is delivered to your spam/junk folder. Simply check and you will find it in there.

"How can i track my order?"

All standard delivery orders are sent tracked 2-4 working days

Tracked 24, and Express International delivery orders are sent tracked. You can find your tracking details in your shipment email, if you don't see it in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder.

"Can i use your product on my face?"

All our creams and gels can be used on your face for indoor and outdoor tanning excluding our tingle & warming lotions which are not recommended for face use.

Returns & Refund Policy

Hygiene Notice:
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK or Irish consumer law.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at tanlinezzuk@gmail.com.
  • Do not dispose of damaged items without prior written confirmation from us, as we may require the product to be returned for further examination.
  • We cannot accept claims for items reported damaged, broken, or missing after this 48-hour period.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Please keep a copy of your proof of postage, for your return as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
